  Staff are always friendly. Store is layed out in the typical office works style but the store seems small. Had some laminating done in the copy section, was disappointed with the quality. The staff seem very busy

  The first time was online and I was told the prints would take 7-14 days. On day 16 I called and was told they had been sitting there for a while; no apology.

  Currently, I've been standing in line (which isn't moving) for 15 mins to pick up my prints and the staff appear to be under supported and generally disorganised. I will be going elsewhere in future.

  Exceptional service by Rhiannon, Duty Manager. Friendly & helpful, assisting me to find everything I needed. It was a quick visit. I highly recommend this store.

  The second and time times I used the in store service and although it says 2 hours, both time have exceeded the wait time and both times the staff have blamed being too busy.

  I visit here often, staff friendly and have good product knowledge. Usually I can get in and out quickly, havent experienced any long uneccesary waits at checkouts. Good prices and they offer lots of printing services.
