  I bought a evaperative air con from here. I have not had such worse customer service and so many problems. The bloke resposible to look after their contractors is in fact the contractors father so to get someone out is impossible. Then eventually they did come to fix it unannouced, i found the contractor on my roof when i got home while no one was home. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

  3 months later, 35 degrees and the leg of the unit is broken so we cant use the aircon, but Nevil is not willing to get it fixed and we have to wait 48 hours.

  When they guys came out to install the unit, they broke multiple lights in the house, they left roof tiles off the roof so we had water damage due to this, they were asked to go to the toilet at the petrol station around the corner as we were in a full renovation, yet they refused this and just did their business in our back garden!

  Mannix came straight out to service my air conditioner when it had a fault. The technician was professional and fixed the issue promptly. He even improved the drainage. Highly recommend.

  When you contact Nevil about this he just simply ignores this and didnt even offer to get things reinbursed!
