  Have been on hold for over 15 minutes in attempt to order a product from your store - I am told no one else can take my order except the people who can't take my call. Customer service at it's finest!!

  Note- phoned the Kent Town store and was placed through to someone who could take my order right away. Entire transaction took no longer than 6 minutes!
